The Town of Wiveliscombe is approximately 4 miles away and offers similar facilities together with a secondary school. The County Town of Taunton is approximately 10 miles away.

The main garden, which is well stocked, lies to the front of the property. There is a covered entrance to the side of the property which in turn leads to the rear which offers a small wall enclosed courtyard. There is also allocated parking for 2 cars only to the front of the house.
