Ware & Co are streets ahead of the pack. We have dealt with 2 other Managing Agents previously and can honestly say we could not be happier with the service. Our previous agent sold his business to Ware and I was rather hesitant about starting all over again with a new agent as it always takes a while for them to get up to speed. An excellent service from beginning to end. Ware & Co produced very good publicity material, including a high quality video, and quickly found a buyer for our property. They were excellent at keeping in touch with all parties throughout the sale process, and answered emails within minutes. Ola, in particular, did a fantastic job in 'pushing' the process along. The service we received from Ware & Co was second to none. As soon as we met Simon we knew he was the man for the job. Simon valued the property, put it on the market, and accompanied all viewers. Ola kept us to date with very regular feedbacks. The transaction from phoning Simon for a valuation to completion date took 8/9 weeks and all completely painless to us. Sterling service throughout, and found a buyer straight away, the first to view the property. All went through without a hitch and far quicker than expected, completing just before Christmas and just a few weeks after first putting the property on the market. Ware & Co provide a highly competent and professional approach to the services they offer, which I have experienced as both a purchaser, vendor and landlord. The sale and letting of property is becoming more regulated and competitive, so it is refreshing to find a family run firm that offers value for money, personal service and has technically proficient staff. In particular, all the tasks involved with managing a let property (especially rent accounting) are undertaken within the office and there is no reliance on centralised administration or outsourcing of services. I appreciate their pragmatic approach to taking up references rather than relying on referencing agencies which is so common these days. Earlier this year I purchased a property through Ware & Co which they then let for me within a few weeks, and more recently I asked them to let and manage another property for a corporate Landlord, and they found a good tenant within a matter of days.
