Condensation and Mould Growth

Condensation and mould can become common challenges in homes. To help you manage and prevent these issues, we’ve put together some practical tips:

  • Ventilation: Ensure good airflow by opening windows or using extractor fans, especially in bathrooms and kitchens.
  • Heating: Maintain a consistent indoor temperature to reduce moisture build-up.
  • Drying Laundry: Dry clothes outdoors or use a tumble dryer.
  • Cleaning: Regularly wipe down windows, walls, and surfaces to prevent mould growth.

Please contact your Property Manager if you have any concerns at all about condensation or mould or would like further advice or guidance, we are here to help.
