Tenants

We will continue to contact you by e-mail when a visit or safety inspection is becoming due and to give full guidance on how these will be carried out.  We work with our contractors to ensure that all parties are fully informed of new procedures.  We will work through all events together as guidance changes and being mindful of everyone’s different circumstances and concerns.

Contractors

When we instruct a job we expect our contractors to follow all government and industry governing body’s rules and guidance. We ask them to contact tenants in advance to let them know what they expect tenants to do and how they will conduct the visit.  We have specific procedures for key collection and return which all contractors are advised of.
