COVID Information

Our priority during this time is the safety of our team, vendors, tenants, landlords, viewers, contractors, any other party and members of the wider community.

Our risk assessments are given the highest priority and are routinely reassessed during this time.

Our office is minimally staffed with a reduced amount of team members with other team members working remotely to maintain social distancing within the office.  The office remains locked with access by appointment only.

When appointments are made we send out emails with up to date information about how the appointment will work.

TENANTS

We will continue to contact you by e-mail when a visit or safety inspection is becoming due and work with you by communication by phone, e-mail, zoom and facetime to enable these.  We are working with our contractors to ensure that all parties are fully informed of new procedures.  We will work through all events together as guidance changes and being mindful of everyone’s different circumstances and concerns.

CONTRACTORS

When we instruct a job we expect our contractors to follow all government and industry governing body’s rules and guidance. We ask them to contact tenants in advance to let them know what they expect tenants to do and how they will conduct the visit.  We have specific procedures for key collection and return which all contractors are advised of.
