We are pleased to announce due to our continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to join our expanding team.
The role includes:
arranging and carrying out routine property visits, reporting to landlords and dealing with any repairs/remedial works promptly
dealing with all aspects of property maintenance including liaising with tenants, contractors and landlords
arranging safety inspections in line with legislation and ensuring these are carried out within time limits
an individual who is motivated and enthusiastic
has a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the property industry
has strong organisational skills and excellent communication levels with high customer service values
holds a full, clean driving license
competitive rates of pay
support with Propertymark ARLA qualifications and membership
a friendly working environment
The position is full-time including Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
