Covid-19 Homemover initial views post-lockdown

- Dataloft Homemover Survey gauged the initial views from potential buyers and seller following the re-opening of the housing market.
- 95% of vendors still intend to sell with a large proportion prepared to make the step as soon as possible or at least within a few months.
- 70% of vendors are hoping that the market has not dropped in price, but there is some realism that vendors may need to accept some discount.
- Buyers are still motivated, with many hoping to make the move sooner rather than later. Some purchasers are looking with a lower budget than they were earlier in the year although, for most this has not changed.
